Damage from Cleaning Products

  • Limestone Shower Damaged
This is the limestone shower before restoration. Even though it was a brand new shower, it certainly didn’t look brand new with the surface damage to the limestone.

This image was taken after we restored the limestone shower. Notice how the chemical damage has been virtually erased and the finish is beautifully restored.

Problem

We were called out to this home in Oceanside after the homeowner used harsh, acidic cleaning products on this limestone shower, resulting in a lot of damage. The shower had just been installed the month before and the homeowners were worried that they would have to replace all of the stone.

Problem Solved!

After the restoration the homeowners and the contractor who did the original installation could not have been happier with the outcome. The contractor told us that the shower looked better than when he installed it originally.
