Problem

Saint James Episcopal Church located in the heart of downtown La Jolla, California, is a historical church that dates back over 80 years. The church asked us to restore the floor after decades of wear and improper cleaning.

Solution

First, we cleaned and power-washed the tile and grout. Then, we repaired and color sealed the grout to match the tiles in the chapel. Finally, we sealed the floor with five coats of low-sheen sealer.
