Problem
We were called out to this home in La Jolla to give an estimate on various stone surfaces throughout the home and outside. The contractor who called us out had contacted other stone companies but nobody wanted to touch the project. The house was going into an estate sale and needed to look as good as possible for prospective buyers. The patio had been neglected for many years and had mold and algae growing in the stone.
Problem Solved!
When we were finished restoring the limestone patio (see image on the right), the trustee was thrilled and had no problem selling the home.
